What I'm Looking for

We currently live in Park Slope, Brooklyn and are looking to find a cheaper spot in this neighborhood OR move entirely out of Brooklyn to the Upper West Side. Tiffany just got accepted to Hunter College! We currently have a 2br on the first floor of a narrow brownstone. We know we'll need to downsize but that's OK.

So we're looking to save a little money on rent and possibly be close to her school.

Berry works at 11 Penn Plaza for VOOM HD Netwoks as a Creative Director. He would like to cut down on the commute.

Must Haves

My Dream Home

Our dream home is one with lots of light, lots of space, and a great big back yard.

LIVING GREEN

Looking for energy efficient appliances and fixtures.

I can vouch for them as well. If I were a renting, I would want to rent to them, they would probably leave the home they lived in better than they found it.

Congratulations Tiffany! Good luck, you two, in finding the new apt you're looking for!

They are a wonderful couple and will take impeccable care of any place they live.

Our Street Now

This is the street we live on now. We love being a hop from Prospect Park. We love that it has lots of big trees that keep our apartment shaded on those hot days. If we could find this again... heaven.
