Character and Style

Built in the 1980s, this complex of just eight townhouse-style apartments has a contemporary look with each unit unique from the others in color and interior layout and design.
Each apartment is two stories plus a finished basement. Each has an attractive fireplace, and each has either two-car detached garage or single garage attached. There's always plenty of guest parking for friends.
The apartments are completely hidden from the road, and most people in Ithaca are unaware that these residential gems even exist.

LIVING GREEN

To me the greenest aspect of living at Black Oak (not counting the amazing wooded setting which is an amazing sound-proofing feature, too!) is that they are just a very easy walk to almost all daily needs. Four different banks, an excellent grocery, pharmacy, dry cleaner & laundry, wine shop, gift shops, several restaurants (Chinese, Rib Shop, the Cosmopolitan Olivia's) are RIGHT here. And, yes, even a gas station. Plus church (where we got married), the tennis courts and riding facility. All a short, pleasant walk in any weather.
Since the condo is large, I am able to have a small office at home, I needn't drive to work.
